Elementary Dean of Students 

The Elementary Dean of Students helps maintain a safe, positive, and structured school environment while supporting student behavior, attendance, and school culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee student discipline, investigations, and parent communication
• Monitor attendance and implement interventions as needed
• Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, lunch, and transitions
• Serve as a liaison between families, staff, and administration
• Support daily school operations and collaborate with the leadership team
• Ensure compliance and manage required paperwork for RTI/ALE processes and 504 plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 3–5 years of successful classroom experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
